The following video demonstrates the complete mat assembly and connection process:
Mat Assembly Steps
- Check Orientation: Make sure the center logo on each mat tile faces forward. Push the connectors all the way in until you hear a "click."
- Connect the Control Box: Attach the control box to the adapter.
- Power On and Initialize: Connect the adapter to the mat, then plug in the USB power supply. The control box will light up purple and begin detecting the layout. Do not step on the mat during this process.
Warning
Do not step on the mat during the initialization process (while the purple light is flashing), as this may cause sensor calibration to fail.
Device Connection Process
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, open the App, and tap Device Connection.
- Tap Connection Status and select your device number from the list (printed on the back of the control box).
- Once connected successfully, a green light will flash across each mat tile in sequence, and the control box will turn blue.
Control Box LED Indicators

Troubleshooting
No Response When Stepping on the Mat
Go to the Device Connection page in the App and tap "Sensor Calibration." Wait for calibration to complete, then test again.
Bluetooth Cannot Find the Device
- Confirm the control box is powered on (purple light is on).
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and you are within 10 meters of the control box.
- Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on your phone.
- If the device still cannot be found, unplug the power supply and reconnect it, then try again.
Some Mat Sections Do Not Light Up After Connection
- Check that the mat connectors are properly locked in place (you should hear a "click").
- Check that the cable between the adapter and the control box is securely connected.
- Try power cycling the system.
