Q: How many mat tiles can be connected at once?
A single control box currently supports up to 9 mat tiles (3x3 grid). Different games require different tile counts and arrangements — please refer to the "Tile Count" specification for each game.
Q: What is the effective Bluetooth range of the control box?
We recommend using the system within a 10-meter range. Exceeding this distance may cause unstable connections or disconnections.
Q: Can the mat be used outdoors?
The mat has an IP44 water resistance rating — it is splash-proof, but we do not recommend using it on wet surfaces or in rainy conditions. Please use it on a flat, hard surface.
Q: Does the control box need to be charged?
The control box is powered via a USB power adapter and must remain plugged in during use. It does not have a built-in battery.

Q: Which operating systems does the app support?
The WhizToys App supports both Android and iOS. Search for "WhizToys" on Google Play or the App Store to download.
Q: What is the difference between guest mode and account mode?
Guest mode lets you start playing right away but does not save any records. Logging in with an account allows you to create multiple player profiles and track game performance and health assessment data over time.
Q: Can I connect multiple control boxes at the same time?
The app currently supports a single control box connection. If you need multi-control-box connectivity, please refer to the Muti_Demo example in the Unity SDK.
SDK Development
Q: Are there SDKs available for platforms other than Unity?
Currently, the official SDK is provided for Unity. If you need to develop on other platforms (such as native Android/iOS, Flutter, etc.), you can refer to the BLE Communication Specification and implement the Bluetooth connection yourself.
Q: Which platforms does the Unity SDK support?
The Unity SDK supports Android and iOS. For specific version requirements, please refer to the system requirements in the Unity SDK Documentation.
Q: How do I use the mat's pressure sensors in my own game?
Please refer to the OnReceiveSignal event in the Unity SDK. The SDK returns pressure values for the four corners of each tile (categorized into four levels: no pressure, light pressure, medium pressure, and heavy pressure). You can use this pressure data to design your own game logic.
Q: How do I control the LED light colors on the mat?
Use the WriteSignals method in the Unity SDK along with WhizToysSendModel to set the color code (see the Color Table), light mode, and feedback behavior.
