WhizToys Health Assessments
Perform professional physical function assessments using the WhizToys exercise mat. Track muscle strength, balance, and mobility in real time, providing data-driven support for health management.
Sarcopenia Screening
Assessment Introduction
A sarcopenia risk assessment. Combines internationally standardized evaluation metrics to check whether muscle mass and muscle quality are within healthy ranges — an important screening tool for preventing functional decline in older adults.
SPPB Test
Assessment Introduction
The Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB). Includes balance, walking speed, and sit-to-stand tests, providing a comprehensive evaluation of lower-extremity functional fitness.
5-Times Sit-to-Stand Test
Assessment Introduction
Measures the total time required to complete 5 consecutive sit-to-stand movements. Primarily used to assess lower-limb muscle strength and explosive power — a key indicator of independence in daily activities.
30-Second Sit-to-Stand Test
Assessment Introduction
Counts the number of sit-to-stand repetitions completed within 30 seconds. Unlike the 5-Times Sit-to-Stand Test, this test focuses on evaluating lower-limb muscular endurance.
3-Meter Timed Up and Go Test
Assessment Introduction
A dynamic balance and agility assessment. The participant stands up from a chair, walks 3 meters, turns around, and returns to sit down. Commonly used to evaluate fall risk and functional mobility.
3-Meter Walk Test
Assessment Introduction
A gait speed measurement. Measures the time required to walk a 3-meter straight line to calculate walking speed — an important vital sign that reflects overall physiological function and survival prognosis.
Balance Test
Assessment Introduction
A static balance assessment. Participants maintain various standing postures on the mat to measure body stability and center-of-gravity control, helping to prevent falls.
